We are building a working group for women who want to feel better through coherence, science, common sense and self-understanding.
Do you feel like you are in a constant fight with your body?
Are you told to work on strength, but the options available do not feel right for you?
Do you take care of your nutrition and still feel that a lot of effort shows very little?
We want to create a space with women-specific sessions and workshops around self-knowledge, nutrition and how to adapt better to what we actually need.
If the ecosystem was not designed for us, why not build our own?
